Information
Prices per night and room or apartment plus local tax.
- Extra charge additional person in apartment 30,00 € per day, in double room 38,00€ incl. breakfast.
- Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in their parents' room.
- For a stay up to 3 days, a short stay surcharge (15%) will be charged.
- The final cleaning for the apartments is not included in the price and is collected once.
- For a reservation we require a deposit of 40% of the total price
- The following apply Austrian hotel contract conditions.
Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at the earliest from 4:00 pm. On the day of departure we can provide your apartment until 9:00 am. In case of arrival after 07:00 pm we kindly ask you to inform us.
For a fixed booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total price.
You can order fresh rolls for breakfast in our apartments daily until 10:00 am, which you will find at the reception every morning.
For our double room guests a rich breakfast buffet is available every morning from 07:30 am - 09:30am.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. You will find the access data in your room.
For our little guests: baby crib and high chair are provided free of charge with advance notice (a crib is not possible in every unit). Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in their parents' room.
There is a parking lot directly at the house at your disposal. Per double room = 1 parking space
Per apartment for 4 persons = 1 parking space
Apartment for 6-8 persons = 2 parking spaces
Additional parking spaces only on request and not guaranteed.
We ask for your understanding that our whole house is non-smoking area for general well-being.
A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evening there is a night bus for a fee (at the beginning of December on weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus schedules here.

To avoid long queues at the ski pass cash desk, you can also buy your ski pass directly at our house.
Winter
- until 3 months before arrival - no costs
- until 30 days before arrival - 40% from total price
- 29 days to arrival day and in case of no-show - 90% from the total price
- in case of early departure - 100% from the total price
Summer:
free cancellation until 14 days before arrival, after that 100% of the total price.
In the event that something unexpected does come up, we recommend that you have a travel cancellation insurance abzuschließen! Diese können Sie hier complete directly.
Winter:
Our wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin is open daily (except Saturdays) from 04:00 - 08:00 pm free of charge for you.
Summer:
The use of the wellness area is available only on request for 30,00€.
