Information
Prices per night and apartment plus local tax.
- Extra person extra person in the apartment 50.00 € per day.
- Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in the parents' apartment (maximum occupancy must be observed).
- For a stay up to 3 days, a short stay surcharge (15%) will be charged.
- The final cleaning for the apartments is not included in the price and is collected once.
- For a reservation we require a deposit of 40% of the total price.
- The following apply Austrian hotel contract conditions.
Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at the earliest from 4:00 pm. On the day of departure we can provide your apartment until 9:00 am. In case of arrival after 07:00 pm we kindly ask you to inform us.
For a fixed booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total price.
You can easily order fresh rolls online in the shop of the Ruetz bakery - you will find the access data in your apartment. Your pastries will be ready the next morning from 7:00 a.m. with your apartment number at the reception; The amount is posted on your invoice.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets.
The apartments are intended exclusively for guests who were registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the host.
Visits by unregistered persons are permitted only with the host’s prior approval. Overnight stays by additional, unregistered persons are not permitted.
The host reserves the right to refuse visitors for reasons of safety, organisation or insurance. Parties, celebrations and gatherings involving several external persons are not allowed.
This rule is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, compliance with the permitted occupancy and the fulfilment of organisational and insurance-related requirements.
Unregistered or unauthorised visitors may be asked to leave the property or apartment immediately. Repeated or serious breaches of this house rule may result in the early termination of the accommodation agreement, insofar as permitted by law.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. The access data can be found in your apartment.
For our younger guests: Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge by prior arrangement (a cot is not possible in every unit). Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in the parents' apartment. The maximum occupancy must be taken into account.
There is a parking lot directly at the house at your disposal.
Per apartment for 4 persons = 1 parking space
Apartment for 6-8 persons = 2 parking spaces
Additional parking spaces only on request and not guaranteed.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house and in all apartments (also for e-cigarettes). You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or terrace - you will find an ashtray there.
A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evening there is a night bus for a fee (at the beginning of December on weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus schedules here.

To avoid long queues at the ski pass cash desk, you can also buy your ski pass directly at our house.
Winter
- until 3 months before arrival - no costs
- until 30 days before arrival - 40% from total price
- 29 days to arrival day and in case of no-show - 90% from the total price
- in case of early departure - 100% from the total price
Summer:
free cancellation until 14 days before arrival, after that 100% of the total price.
In the event that there is something under-watched in between, we recommend you one travel cancellation insurance complete! You can do this here complete directly.
winter:
Our wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin is daily (except Saturdays) from 16:00 – 8:00 p.m. Free open for you.
Summer:
The use of the wellness area is possible on request for a fee of €30.00 per day.
