Prices per night and apartment plus local tax.

• Extra charge additional person in apartment 50,00 € per day.
• Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in their parents' room.
• For a stay up to 3 days, a short stay surcharge (15%) will be charged.
• The final cleaning for the apartments is not included in the price and is collected once.
• For a reservation we require a deposit of 40% of the total price

• Please note that the apartment may only be used by the registered guests. Visitors are permitted only with prior approval; additional overnight guests are not allowed. The booking terms and conditions and house rules accepted at the time of booking apply.
