House Rules
We ask that you treat the apartment, its furnishings, and all common areas with care and respect. The house rules apply to all registered guests as well as to authorized visitors. The guest who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all traveling companions also comply with the house rules.
Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at the earliest from 4:00 pm. On the day of departure we can provide your apartment until 9:00 am. In case of arrival after 07:00 pm we kindly ask you to inform us.
The apartments are intended exclusively for guests who were registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the host.
Visits by unregistered persons are permitted only with the host’s prior approval. Overnight stays by additional, unregistered persons are not permitted.
The host reserves the right to refuse visitors for reasons of safety, organisation or insurance. Parties, celebrations and gatherings involving several external persons are not allowed.
This rule is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, compliance with the permitted occupancy and the fulfilment of organisational and insurance-related requirements.
Unregistered or unauthorised visitors may be asked to leave the property or apartment immediately. Repeated or serious breaches of this house rule may result in the early termination of the accommodation agreement, insofar as permitted by law.
Pets are not permitted in the apartments or on the entire property.
This rule is in place for hygiene reasons, out of consideration for guests with allergies, and to protect the property. We ask for your understanding that even small pets or those brought for a short time are not allowed.
Parking spaces are available for our guests right next to the property. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the number of parking spaces reserved for your booking.
Please use only the parking spaces assigned or confirmed for you. Additional vehicles may be parked only by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in any of the apartments or in any indoor areas of the building. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
Candles and other open flames may not be used in the apartments. Smoke detectors and other safety devices may not be removed, covered, or disabled.
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, please keep noise levels in your room to a reasonable level.
Please avoid, in particular, loud music, conversations, parties, and other disruptive noises in the apartments, on balconies, terraces, in the hallways, and in outdoor areas.
This rule is intended to ensure the rest and well-being of all guests and to show consideration for the neighborhood. Repeated or serious violations of the quiet hours may result in the early termination of the lodging agreement, to the extent permitted by law.
Keys, key cards, and access codes must not be given to unregistered persons. The landlord must be notified immediately if any are lost. The guest may be charged for the actual costs incurred for replacing keys, access media, or necessary lock replacement measures.
Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported to the landlord immediately. Please do not perform any repairs or make any changes to the furnishings or technical equipment on your own.
Damage caused by the guest, traveling companions, or authorized visitors may be charged to the guest who made the reservation in accordance with applicable laws.
Skis, snowboards, ski boots, bicycles, and other sports equipment may only be stored in the designated storage rooms. Ski boots may not be left or worn inside the apartments or on delicate flooring. Emergency exits, hallways, and building entrances must be kept clear at all times.
We ask all guests to be considerate of one another and to adhere to these house rules. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Repeated or serious violations of the house rules may, to the extent permitted by law, result in the early termination of the lodging agreement.
